TERMS OR SERVICE FOR DIGITAL ART

✚ I have full artistic authority on what style and how the artwork should be executed.✚ I will most likely take time to finish a piece (because i like quality over quantity). Just a heads up in case you have a due date in mind, don't hesitate to let me know if so!PAYMENT
✚ Payment in FULL or 50-50 (after initial sketch and before sending final piece via email/drive link and/or shipment for tradi art)✚ All rates are base prices and can change depending on complexity of the commission.✚ Payment via PAYPAL or KO-FI for intl / GCASH or BANK TRANSFER for local PH.✚ Strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY (message me for commercial use).✚ No full refunds. Unless when:
(1) Client has paid and the artist has ONLY started on an initial rough sketch;
Once i've started with the CLEAN LINEART, no full refund shall be made.(2) The artist can no longer finish the artwork under very reasonable grounds and with full private disclosure with the client (e.g. medical emergencies).(3) 40% of any payments made shall be kept by the artist if the client would still like to cancel midway of the commission (lineart/coloring is ongoing).✚ Send as much references as you can (ex. ref pics, poses, and other details).✚ TAT: 1 week to month (depends on complexity)✚ Commission (lineart to coloring) will start once half of the payment is received.✚ I, the artist, have full rights on the usage of commissioned works (personal reproduction, social media posting, portfolio purposes, and any forms of promotion, not intended to be sold without consent), unless also client asks to be credited as well.✚ Work in progress updates will be sent (usually when there's ample progress done). Unless client would specifically ask from time to time.✚ Not to be sold or reproduced in any terms or forms whatsoever without full and proper consent by the parties involved in the commissioned work.✚ Files will be sent through email or gdrive links.✚ Inclusion: JPEGs, and or PNGs. ✚ I have the right to put my artist's signature on the artwork (unless told not to otherwise).✚ Any lost packages, once it's handled and turned over to the courier, is not my full responsibility and shall not have any financial liabilities whatsoever.✚ Artworks shipped are not framed but will be packed securely.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *✚ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.✚ Under no circumstances shall artworks created by the artist be used in any shape or form in AI art , AI training or anything related to it.
